WALLETPASSFACTORY
Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 31 August 2026
WalletPassFactory aims to make its website and services usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility as we develop the product.
1. Our accessibility target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable. This is a target for the ongoing design and development of WalletPassFactory, not a claim of formal certification or perfect compliance.
2. Current accessibility practices
Our current public website and forms include practices such as:
- semantic page structure with headings, navigation, main content, sections and lists;
- keyboard-accessible links, buttons and navigation controls;
- visible focus indicators for public navigation, controls and footer links;
- responsive layouts and touch-friendly interactive controls;
- text sizing and colour choices considered for readable content and contrast; and
- clear labels and feedback for public forms.
3. Motion
The public site respects the browser's reduced-motion preference. Where a visitor has requested reduced motion, animations, transitions and smooth scrolling are substantially reduced.
4. Forms and feedback
The Get Started and newsletter forms use explicit labels, required fields, keyboard-operable controls and visible focus states. Validation feedback is associated with relevant controls, and newsletter status messages are announced using live regions. We continue to review form behaviour as fields and services change.
5. Known limitations and ongoing review
We continue to review the site as features are added and may identify areas that can be improved. This statement does not mean that every page, feature, device, browser or assistive technology has been independently tested. We welcome feedback that helps us prioritise improvements.
6. Third-party services
Some parts of the experience depend on third-party services, including Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, authentication and email services. WalletPassFactory cannot control the accessibility of those third-party products or interfaces, but we will consider their impact when designing our own service.
7. Feedback and alternative formats
If you experience an accessibility problem or need information in another format, contact us at support@walletpassfactory.com. We will do our best to provide reasonable alternatives where practical.
8. Updates to this statement
We may update this statement as the website changes, new products are added, or accessibility reviews identify improvements. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
